COMMERCIAL
PROJECTS

Alongside delivering our own residential projects across homes throughout the region, we have also completed a diverse range of work across both the commercial and public sectors. Over the years, we’ve been involved in numerous projects, working directly with private clients as well as in collaboration with highly successful developers and contractors. This breadth of experience has enabled us to build a strong and well-rounded portfolio, demonstrating our capability, reliability, and consistent quality across a variety of project types. Here are some of the highlights from our work.

St Crispens House,
Norwich.

At St Crispin’s House in Norwich city centre, we played a key role as part of the project delivery team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient progression of works from start to finish. Operating within a busy urban environment, we were responsible for maintaining programme momentum, coordinating trades, and providing practical, experience-led solutions to challenges as they arose. Our input included advising on adaptive construction methods, enabling the team to overcome site constraints and keep the project moving towards successful completion.

This scheme involved the complex cut-and-carve transformation of a former four-storey government building into a seven-storey, mixed-use accommodation development for students attending Norwich University. The works required careful structural alterations, integration of new floors, and the sensitive adaptation of the existing building fabric. Throughout the project, we focused on balancing efficiency with quality, ensuring that all elements were delivered to a high standard while meeting the demands of a large-scale city centre redevelopment.

QEH,
Kings Lynn.

At Queen Elizabeth Hospital, we expanded our expertise within the healthcare sector, delivering specialist carpentry installations in a highly regulated and live environment. Our works focused on the installation of IPS (Integrated Panel System) duct panelling within washrooms and utility areas, providing clean, durable, and easily maintainable access solutions in line with the strict requirements of clinical spaces. As a carpentry-led package, our role centred on the precise setting out, fitting, and finishing of the IPS systems to ensure a high-quality, hygienic result—not the plumbing installation itself.

In addition, we completed the fitting of bespoke kitchen units within staff break and procedure support areas, tailored to meet both functional needs and design specifications. Working within an operational hospital required a disciplined and considerate approach, with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and minimising disruption to staff and patients at all times.

Throughout the project, we maintained full compliance with HTM and HBN standards, demonstrating our ability to deliver detailed carpentry works within the demanding constraints of the healthcare environment. Our attention to detail, adaptability, and understanding of sector-specific requirements ensured the successful delivery of works to a consistently high standard

Bourn Quarter,
Cambridgeshire.

At Bourn Quarter, a new-build industrial warehouse development on the outskirts of Cambridge, we were engaged as a subcontractor to deliver a comprehensive carpentry and interior systems package. Working across multiple large-scale units, we played a key role in transforming open warehouse shells into fully functional, high-spec spaces.

Our scope included the construction of internal office environments, welfare facilities, kitchen areas, and the formation of shaft risers throughout the buildings. We assisted with the delivery of drylining works, including partitioning systems and suspended ceilings, ensuring accurate setting out, clean finishes, and full compliance with performance requirements.

In addition, we carried out the installation of fire-rated and compliant door sets, maintaining strict adherence to fire safety regulations. The fit-out of kitchen areas was completed to a high standard, providing practical and durable solutions suited to commercial use. Throughout the project, we demonstrated strong coordination with other trades and a proactive approach on site, helping to keep the programme on track while delivering consistent quality across all elements of work.
