With 20 years of construction industry experience, Pedro has developed a strong track record in delivering complex projects across the healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial and fit-out sectors. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, from initial site set-up and planning through to Practical Completion, handover and aftercare. Throughout his career, he has consistently maintained a strong focus on health and safety, quality control, programme delivery, coordination of trades and clear communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Pedro has worked within demanding live environments, including healthcare and occupied premises, where planning, communication and control are essential to keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. This has given him a practical understanding of how to manage site constraints, coordinate multiple work packages, maintain safe systems of work and ensure quality standards are achieved without unnecessary disruption to the client or end user.
His technical qualifications include an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management, SMSTS and a CSCS Managers Card, supported by a strong trade background in carpentry and interior systems. This combination of hands-on construction knowledge and management experience allows him to approach projects with a practical, solutions-driven mindset. He understands both the technical detail of the works and the wider management responsibilities required to deliver a successful project.
Ollie Wilson

Ollie is a skilled carpenter and residential construction professional with hands-on experience delivering high-quality building work across a wide range of home improvement, renovation and refurbishment projects. With a strong background in both first and second fix carpentry, he brings precision, reliability and a practical understanding of site requirements to every job.
His experience includes extensions, refurbishments, kitchen installations, internal finishing works and bespoke joinery, working closely with clients, trades and project teams to ensure works are completed smoothly from start to finish. Ollie understands the importance of working carefully and respectfully within people’s homes, maintaining a tidy working environment and delivering workmanship that is both accurate and built to last.
Known for his attention to detail and dependable approach, Ollie takes pride in producing clean, high-quality finishes while supporting the wider construction process on site. Whether carrying out structural carpentry, internal fit-out, finishing details or tailored joinery solutions, he brings a professional attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards on every project he is involved in.
